• Will the band be set up on time? Yes. We arrive at your location two hours prior to the start of the party. If we are not familiar with the facility, you may arrange to meet us ahead of time for a site evaluation. This will ensure that the band will be placed so that you and your guests receive the best sound possible.

• Will the band be too loud? No, we won't. We promise. If at any time you feel that the music is too loud, simply inform the bandleader, Ron Oswanski, and it will be lowered to your satisfaction immediately.
